The SSA has given seed grants to its member schools to encourage creation care scholarship, pedagogy, and campus sustainability.
Some of the grant highlights include:
-Grant to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary toward an energy audit and establishment of a campus garden
-Grant to Fuller Theological Seminary to contribute to the hiring of Fuller’s first Sustainability Coordinator
-Grant to George Fox Evangelical Seminary to support the writing of the first-ever Ecotheology textbook, co-authored by Dan Brunner, A.J. Swoboda, and Jennifer Butler
-Grant to Wake Forest University School of Divinity to support sustainable food practices.
